As served on the coast of Valencia, simmered in clam broth, featuring calamari, shrimp, scallops, whitefish, and mussels or Littleneck clams (price subject to market).

Vegetarian Paella

A vegetarian broth featuring a fresh, seasonal vegetable medley such as green beans, asparagus, zucchini, cauliflower, Portobello mushrooms, and artichokes.
